Best Authentics offers the following Returns Policy:
Please examine your order when it arrives and make sure all the correct items are in the box. Email us if you notice the packing slip or items are not what you ordered. if an item is damaged please keep all of the packaging and items intact and call or email us immediately. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or if there was an error in processing your order. If you want to return merchandise, you have 30 days of receiving your order to return/exchange them. Please email us the listed information below so we may process your item/items in a timely manner. Your email should include: 1) Your last name 2) The date of your order 3) The order number (top right of your invoice) 4) Item SKU numbers (from invoice) 5) Whether you want to return or exchange. Please note that some items are unique and may not be able to be replaced.
